Our Sustainability Efforts

Harbor Custom Development recognizes sustainability as a crucial component of our new home construction and land development process. Through our green efforts of incorporating environmentally sustainable products and procedures, we achieve a lower environmental impact and pass long-term savings on to the families who call our communities home.

Our sustainability goals reach farther than the communities we serve. Together with our partner, One Tree Planted, we are supporting global reforestation. For every home sold, Harbor is planting 100 trees!
